Learn more about the criteria you should use to choose the best facial cream manufacturer for your brand in our full guide here.

1. Innacos [Best Overall Manufacturer]

Admittedly, we may be a little biased, but we believe the quality and range of our services earn us the top spot on the list.

At Innacos, we’re based in Bedford, Indiana, and have been manufacturing color cosmetics and skin care (including facial creams) since 2022.

We’re not just another standard skin care lab - we’re the go-to clean, sustainable, and cruelty-free lab for beauty entrepreneurs.

Pros

Highly flexible services: We don’t just offer one or two manufacturing services - our range includes bulk, private label, custom product creation, custom formulating, and contract manufacturing. Learn more about our range of services by taking our quiz here.

Within each service, we provide even more choice - different tiers of private label products to suit every budget, and plenty of color and fragrance options (even for our preformulated ranges) to make our products your own.

If you’re brand new to the industry and aren’t sure where to start, we’ve got plenty of educational material across our site pages, blog, and as part of our BYOB course and consulting services. No matter your query, we work hard to find the answer for you.

Loyalty perks: If you choose custom formulating or custom product creation to create your facial cream with us, you’ll get manufacturing credits up to 200% of your formulating costs against your first couple of manufacturing runs.

That’s the most generous loyalty program in the industry as of January 2026.

Facial cream options: We have over 60 different skincare products on a preformulated basis, and our capabilities are almost unlimited when it comes to custom formulas.

Our preformulated facial cream range spans across a wide range of price points, and we offer low MOQs. Our cream products include the following:

  • Our facial moisturizer base is made with glycerin and meadowfoam seed oil for hydration and nourishment

  • Our water cream that includes rose flower extract, white tea, and sodium hyaluronate to soothe, protect, and repair the skin barrier

  • Our sleeping beauty night cream features anti-inflammatory ingredients like lavandula hybrida extract, jojoba oil, and tripeptide-29.

Cons

Packaging: As of January 2026, although we offer full R&D, formulating, manufacturing, testing, and filling services, we don’t offer packaging in-house.

However, we have plenty of industry contacts and can connect you with the best packaging supplier for your brand’s needs.

Is It For Me?

If you’re a beauty entrepreneur at the beginning of your brand journey, or looking to scale up, we’ve got a great range of high-quality, clean, sustainable, and cruelty-free preformulated facial creams, as well as highly customized manufacturing options with extremely generous loyalty perks for your brand.

2. Cosmetic Solutions [Best Manufacturer For Advanced Facial Creams]

Founded in the early 1990s by Mervyn Becker and Dr Hilton Becker, Cosmetic Solutions is a Florida-based facial cream manufacturer focused on creating high-quality, innovative products.

This lab offers both private label and full custom formulated services for facial creams, with a specific emphasis on cutting-edge scientific formulations, including its own exosome series and its ‘Hot to Glow’ range, developed specifically for Gen Alpha’s skin.

Pros

Preformulated & custom options: This lab offers a range of preformulated facial creams, including an overnight collagen mask, an all-in-one cream, glacial gel moisturizer, and hyaluronic cream.

Many of its formulas contain the Becker brothers’ three favorite skincare ingredients - hyaluronic acid, squalane, and glycolic acid. Their formulas aren’t just for brands,

Cosmetic Solutions also works with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spa owners, and retail professionals.

They also provide full custom formulation and contract manufacturing services, with advanced scientific manufacturing capabilities, if you have a unique idea for a facial cream or an existing formula to manufacture.

Level of support: Cosmetic Solutions is focused on educating beauty founders. It provides a full support program for new brands, including a business review, strategy plan, and marketing assessment.

Its platform, The Skinny, educates founders on how new products are formulated and how to identify gaps in the market.

Cons

Highly scientific approach: Cosmetic Solutions’ strength is its clinical, cutting edge formulas. If you’re aiming to create more budget friendly products, this approach might not fit the right price point for your brand, even if you choose the preformulated route.

Is It For Me?

If you’re a small to medium sized brand looking for a science led manufacturer working with cutting-edge and natural ingredients, Cosmetic Solutions is a strong choice - especially if innovation and education are important for your brand.

3. Dynamic Blending [Best For Emerging Brands]

Founded in 2015 by Jordan Erskine and Gavin Collier, Dynamic Blending is a cosmetics lab based in Vineyard, Utah, USA.

This lab’s manufacturing capabilities are impressive, including private label/white label, custom formulating, and contract manufacturing - including for OTC creams and other OTC products.

Dynamic manufactures all of its products at its US-based facility, and is Halal, Kosher, and USDA Organic certified.

Pros

Highly individualized turnkey process: Dynamic Blending provides full turnkey services with customized services for each individual brand, including product development, regulatory guidance, production, and packaging and design.

Low MOQs: Focused on providing turnkey manufacturing services for smaller, indie brands, this manufacturer offers private label and custom formulated facial creams at lower MOQs and with competitive pricing.

Cons

Lack of private label product information: Although Dynamic has an impressive range of services on its website, it doesn’t provide any details at all about the actual facial cream formulas that it sells.

Is It For Me?

Dynamic Blending is a great choice for small beauty brand owners looking for a facial cream manufacturer that offers a large range of services.

However, the downside is they don’t offer any information about the types of facial cream preformulated products they have for sale, including the specific ingredients used.

Make sure you ask for the full range, ingredient lists, and test samples before signing any contract with this lab.

4. MANA [Best For Prestige Brands]

Founded in 1975 by chemist Nikos Mouyiaris, MANA is a cosmetics manufacturer based in New York with over 50 years of experience in the industry.

This manufacturer is known for creating prestige skincare for some of the world’s leading brands, makeup artists, and celebrities, offering innovative formulas for both private label ‘ready for retail’ products and custom formulated ranges. All of MANA’s skincare products are made in the USA.

Pros

Support: MANA doesn’t just manufacture facial creams and other cosmetics; it also offers a range of support services, including:

  • Packaging development and sourcing

  • Brand development and marketing

  • Supply chain management services

  • Distribution and logistics

  • Regulatory assistance

  • Quality control

For smaller brands, it offers a ‘brand accelerator’ - private label formulas with lower minimum order quantities for those who can’t quite afford larger orders of the prestige facial cream formulas.

Speed to market: MANA’s ‘ready to retail’ facial creams are clean, vegan-friendly, EU-compliant, and fully commercialized - designed for the quickest speed to market, featuring on-trend ingredients with unparalleled innovation.

It offers both color cosmetics and skincare, and its facial creams include a hydration 3x cream, rose face balm, collagen elastin moisture fluid, along with a range of serums and oils.

Additionally, its separate custom manufacturing website lists custom liquids, ointments, balms, creams, lotions, and serums among its custom formulating capabilities.

Cons

Potentially uncertain future: According to Global Cosmetics News, in December 2025, MANA allegedly furloughed many of its employees.

The situation is unclear at the time of writing; it’s best to contact the manufacturer and ask about their action plan for taking on new clients as they move forward.

Is It For Me?

Mana is well known for creating prestige skin care for brands, making it a strong option if you’re looking for ultra high-quality facial cream formulas (either preformulated or completely custom formulated).

However, given the alleged furlough process in December 2025, be sure to enquire with the manufacturer about their plans going forward before signing any contract.

5. Nutrix [Best Personal Care Focused Manufacturer]

Founded in 2015, Nutrix is a skincare and personal care manufacturer based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Although its focus is on hygiene and personal care, this lab does have a dedicated section on its website for facial creams, including anti-wrinkle, vitamin C, brightening, and moisturizing formulas.

This lab offers both private label and custom formulated facial creams (plus contract manufacturing), with turnkey services including filling, packaging, and logistics.

Pros

Lower MOQs: Ideal for brands on a budget, Nutrix promises lower MOQs across its product ranges.

Speed to market: Through offering full turnkey services and preformulated options, working with Nutrix means you can get your facial cream from the production stage to the fulfillment stage much quicker than working with other labs.

Cons

Personal care focus: Although Nutrix manufactures face creams, its main focus is on hygiene personal care products like oral care, hand sanitizers, deodorants, and hair removal products.

Unless you’re planning to move into the personal care space, it might not be the best manufacturer for you to scale with if you’re primarily focused on skincare and cosmetics lines moving forward.

Is It For Me?

If you’re on the hunt for a facial cream product manufacturer that offers quick speed to market through turnkey services, and you are planning to expand into the personal care space, Nutrix is a great option for your brand.
