How is our 50% PCR Plastic Made?

We manufacture all PCR plastic components in house, so they are unique to Genie Supply! We take used (recycled) plastic and grind it into granules. It is then mixed (50-50) with virgin plastic granules. The 50/50 mixture is created to ensure the plastic can retain strength (not become too brittle) and color (not too dark/yellow). The result is a PCR component that performs like the original, and can be indefinitely recycled. See video for the process!
